Astha, a non-governmental organisation, has been at the forefront of empowering people with disabilities since its inception in 2007. Through a range of initiatives spanning accessibility, education, employment, para-sports, and advocacy, Astha inspires individuals to lead lives of complete participation and contribution. In 2016, Astha launched the Indian Wheelchair Tennis Tour (IWTT) to champion wheelchair tennis in India.  To put Indian wheelchair tennis on the global map by 2032, IWTT continues to drive progress through tournaments, junior programmes and advocacy for accessibility in sports.

We believe in a world where talent knows no barriers, and every individual gets the opportunity to shine. Through our Indian Wheelchair Tennis Tour division, we are working towards this vision by launching a Wheelchair Tennis Development Project in Mumbai. This initiative aims to provide 8 months of comprehensive training, including life skill development, to promising wheelchair tennis athletes. This program will be through an innovative Leadership program of IWTT called “District

Development Leadership Program: The cost of this transformative program is ₹ 20,00,000 and we need your generous support to make this a reality. Your contribution will go directly towards:

• Professional coaching for athletes.
• Equipment and facilities for training.
• Life skill sessions to build confidence and independence.
• Leadership training expenses

Voice of World’ (VOW) is a multi-unit multi-functional Social Welfare Organization rendering philanthropic services to the underprivileged especially the differently-abled.

VOW is in its 26th year of service and has got 22 centres in Bengal and one each at Puri & Delhi wherein about 300 residential beneficiaries and about 2000 non-residential beneficiaries are taken care of.

Its beneficiaries are either Visually Challenged, Orthopaedically Challenged, Intellectually Challenged, Persons with Multiple Disabilities, Marginalized Orphans or Old Age Destitutes but all are underprivileged.

VOW provides food, shelter, education, rehabilitation, cultural and sporting training to all the residential beneficiaries absolutely free of cost. The Visually Challenged beneficiaries are also taken for High Altitude Trekking.

VOW runs a Blind School, an Inclusive School, a Kindergarten School, a Teacher's  Training  College (for Special Education) and few pre-Primary Schools.

VOW also provide Vocational Training in few disciplines as a part of Skill Development Initiatives for rehabilitation.

VOW received State Award in 2014 & Ms. Gargi Gupta, Founder and Secretary of 'Voice of World' received the prestigious 'Nari Shakti Award' from the Hon'ble President of India in 2018.
